The article notes that students' attitude to pedagogical improvisation is carried out bygraduallymastering a strictsystem of psychological, pedagogical, general cultural and subject knowledge throughout the entireperiod of study at a pedagogical university, the theoretical basis of pedagogical im provisationand the need for students to constantlyincludeintheirimprovisationalactionsat the stage of alltypes of pedagogicalexperience. The principle of creative workas the principles of organizing the process of pedagogical improvisationin the training of futurespecialists; theprinciple of organizingin dependent activities, the principle of conformity, the principle of frequentandcontinuouscommunication between students, and the principle of interconnection are explained.In the course of the theoretical analysis, the essence and content of the concepts «improvisation», «pedagogical improvisation», and «pedagogical improvisation alability» were described and clarified.
The content of empirical research in the formation of pedagogical improvisational abilities of future specialists is given. The experimental work on the formation of pedagogical improvisation in the training of future teachers covered two stages. The first is the laboratory stage of the formative experiment. Determination of students' attitude to pedagogical improvisation at this stage; determination of students' knowledge about pedagogical improvisation, pedagogical intuition, freedom of creative activity, i.e. diagnostics of the initial level of students' preparation for pedagogical improvisation, and the second is the formation stage. The expansion of students' knowledge on the theoretical foundations of pedagogical improvisation at the stage of formation; the formation of students' ability and business activity when performing various tasks during improvisational skills; future teachers are working on the development of personality quality, the content of the elective course «Pedagogical improvisation» is analyzed.
