Abstract

The author of the article considers the practice as a significant potential in the formation of the creative competence of the future specialist of cultural and leisure work on the basis of the Culture and Art department of the West Kazakhstan University named after Makhambet Utemisov. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the practice bases and the specifics of the internship of specialists in cultural and leisure work, taking into account the requirements of the modern leisure industry market. The literature and the key concepts of "competence", "creative competence", a specialist of cultural and leisure work are analyzed.

The degree of interpenetration of cultures and interest in cultural values is reflected in the increasing frequency of experience of international projects and exhibitions, mixing of original genres, realization of unique theatrical projects, which requires the training of future specialists in the field of culture with special personal characteristics mobile, proactive, capable of creativity in various spheres of activity, with the ability to make independent decisions, ready to independently master knowledge in the field of professional activity. In order to achieve high results in solving this issue, it is necessary to create special conditions for the development of students' creative activity.
