Modern changes in society require a reassessment of educational priorities, which necessitates the search for innovative approaches to teaching and educating preschool children. A key role in this process is played by the subject-developing environment, which is a combination of material and sociocultural conditions that stimulate a child's creative development, cognitive activity, and comfortable experience in kindergarten.
One of the primary tasks of preschool education is to develop future educators' skills in designing a developmental environment. This process is not merely organizational but also contributes to their professional and personal growth by solving pedagogical tasks of a creative nature.
This study examines the key aspects of designing a subject-developing environment, analyzes scientific literature, identifies pedagogical conditions that influence the professional formation of future educators, and explores effective methods for creating a developmental educational environment.
The aim of this study is to theoretically substantiate and develop a model for the professional formation of future educators through the design of a subject-developing environment. The research confirms that the personal and professional development of preschool educators can be effectively implemented through environmental, learner-centered, and activity-based approaches. The structure of the developmental environment has been clarified, and its principles and methods of formation have been identified, highlighting the significance of this process in preparing future educators.
