Abstract

This article is about the prevention of professional emotional exhaustion among teachers of higher educational institutions, an analysis of psychological mechanisms that play a crucial role in maintaining their mental well-being. Using a concise yet comprehensive approach, the authors address key aspects, providing valuable information for educators, administrators, and mental health professionals.
